A Brief Trek Through Brian's Background
Driven with a passion to help today’s working professionals create a positive work experience for themselves and others, Brian has sought career paths that would allow him to do just that. Prior to forming Carlsen Worklife Consulting, Brian led all talent management-related programs from on-boarding through succession planning for TTX Company as Manager of Talent Development. He launched his career as a learning and development specialist, then manager of instructional design teams, as well as classroom facilitator and learning coach with Arthur Andersen and Accenture. He has served as the Practice Leader of Organizational Learning with St. Aubin, Haggerty & Associates and Director of Learning Solutions with Thailand’s APM Group. He has also provided career coaching for professionals in transition with Challenger, Gray & Christmas. Throughout his career, Brian has delivered training and facilitated programs in the areas of interpersonal skills, behavioral interviewing, management, teaming and leadership programs, and crafting customized, difference-making solutions to needs.
